Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Merle Louis Krause Jr. of Peoria, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 81, on March 6, 2022. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Merle Krause and Lucille Krause Sr. (Grebe); his wife Annette Fuqua; and his children, Dirk Fuqua (Angie) of Batavia, IL, Douglas Krause (Ellen) of Waukegan, IL and Tracy Meyer (Ken) of Northbrook, IL. He was also cherished by grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Redeemer Lutheran Church Garden Club or the American Cancer Society.
