She is survived by: her children, Norman Waggoner (Susan) of Pekin and Pamela Onken (Dennis) of Peoria; her grandchildren, Amy Spencer (Joseph) of Peoria and David Onken of East Peoria; and her brothers, Harold Glen Ottwell (Belle) of Germantown and Morris Dean Ottwell (Sherry) of Milton, Illinois..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel (2021 N University St, Peoria, IL 61604). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Green Pond Christian Church.
