Dorris of Peoria, Illinois, born in Glendora, Mississippi, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Lee Howard and Jess Cynthia Jones. She is survived by: her spouse Hill Dorris Jr.; her daughters, Cynthia McKnight of Peoria, IL and Patricia Wilson of Stonecrest, GA; her grandson Alonzo Dorris of Peoria, IL.; and her siblings, Vera Harrison of Peoria, IL, Gloria Robinson (Adkins) of Chicago, IL, Henry, Chester Adkins of Peoria, IL. and Larry Atkins of Greenwood, MS.. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren and one great- great-grandchild.
