She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline McKinley, JoAnn Coats of Peoria, IL, Robert Costic (Irma), Jerome Costic (Lynn) and Michael Welch of Peoria, IL; her foster daughters, Denise Murray of Peoria, IL and Sandy Houston of Denver, CO; and her daughter-in-law Barbara Welch of Peoria. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
