He was predeceased by: his stepfather Lester "Cork" Crosier; and his siblings, Shellie Crosier, Patrick Minnerly and Winton "Tony" Minnerly. He is survived by: his parents, Terrance "Terry" Hoyland (Donna) and Mary Thomson (Crosier); his son Matthew Thomson (Sarah Lamb); his grandson Jace Thomson; and his sisters, Trina Hancock (Randy) and Christy (Byron) of Delaware. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
