She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lyman Kipp and Constance Ida Kipp (Almy); her grandparents, John and Amy Bruner Almy; her husband Richard Leu; her former husband Richard Myers; and her siblings, Amy Miller, John and Robert Kipp.

She is survived by: her children, Richard W. Myers of Peoria, Pete Myers (Paige) of Eau Claire and Karen Woolley of Peoria; her grandchildren, Brittany Woolley of Dunlap, Ashley Woolley of California and Eydie Myers of Minnesota; her great grandchildren, Maren of Dunlap and Grant Cusack of Dunlap; and her siblings, William Kipp of Colorado and Martha Kipp of Kansas.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Imagination Library, that inspires the love of reading for children.
