She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Poehls and Margaret M. Poehls. She is survived by: her husband Keats E. Hunt of Peoria; her daughter Rebekah E. Koch (Matt) of College Grove, TN; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, William, Caroline and Alexander; and her siblings, Michael R. Poehls (Charlene) of Peoria, Kathleen A. Higginson (Marvin) of Springfield, IL, John P. Poehls (Daneilla) of Germany and Peggy J. Seay (David) of Peoria. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews, and cousins.
With her bright, outgoing personality, she loved to be surrounded by people, whether hosting large family gatherings, dinner with friends, or charity events, but her biggest joy was being with her grandkids whom she loved dearly.
