She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Wilcox and Engle Wilcox (Jagla); her children, Mike Armstrong, Ted Armstrong, Carla Armstrong and Gary Armstrong; her brother Robert Wilcox; and also Barbara Vogt.
She is survived by: her husband William Armstrong of Muscatine; and her children, Tom (Tess) of Portland, Jack Armstrong of Peoria, Karen Bovee (Wright) and Sandra Armstrong of Peoria. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
