We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2023, at the age of 66, Lesley Matuszak of Peoria, Illinois, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father George Dewalt. She is survived by: her mother Ruth Murray Dewalt of Clarkston, MI; her husband Mark Matuszak; her children, Edward Matuszak (Nerina DiSomma) of Indianapolis, IN and Alexandra Clarke (Wacey) of Grand Junction, CO; her grandchildren, Mark, Parker and Payne; and her sister Elyse Sakuta (Robert) of Clarkston, MI..

Memorials may be made to The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Peoria, or The Greater Peoria Honor Flight.
