He is survived by: his stepbrothers, Curtis McDaniel and Thomas McDaniel; his nieces and nephews, Rory McDaniel and Elton Eaton (Tabatha); his stepdaughter Portia Bitson (Eric) of Southfield, Michigan; his sister Rosalie Nelson-Jones; his siblings-in-law, Hattie Lee Cockroft, Juanita Duncan, Geneva Robinson of Peoria, Illinois and William Earl Robinson; his nieces and nephews, Steven Brannon (Thomasina) of Tampa, Florida, Maurice Brown (Debbie) of Tampa, Florida, Bertha Williams-Smith of Tampa, Florida, Cathy Arrington (Matthew) of Tampa, Florida, Sonja Norton (Henry) of Tampa, Florida, Kenya McDaniel of Tampa, Florida and Yvette Ida Rolle of Tampa, Florida; his grandchildren, Darius Gaines, Kendall Eaton, Essence Eaton, Kayla Bitson, Bonnie-Rae McDaniel, David Bitson, Adaya Eaton and Angelo McDaniel; and his great grandchild Talasia Eaton-Lee. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
