He is survived by: his wife Rae Jeanne; his children, Veanne Smith (Tim) of Atlanta, GA, Kelly Smolinski (Keith) of Vernon Hills, IL, Tracy Ehnle (Donn) of Bradford, IL, Cassy Horack (Greg) of Chillicothe, IL, Melanie Dumlao (Raffy) of Arlington Heights, IL and Scott Duckworth (Billi) of Bloomington, IL; his grandchildren, Camy Smith (Brent), Austin Smith, Brian Smith, Nicole Smolinski, Erica Smolinski, Daniel Ehnle (Allaina), Melissa Baer (Brandon), Heidi Joos (Cory), Alyssa Reed (Grant), Kayla Dumlao, Jarret Dumlao and Nate Duckworth; and his siblings, Albert Duckworth, Ann Wilkins, Cliff Duckworth and Don Duckworth.
