He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Lee Moore; his grandparents, Louise, Claude Kettle, Kathy and William Moore; and his stepbrother Brent Johnston.
He is survived by: his mother Suzan Johnston (Randy); his sister Angela Moore; his stepsiblings, Jennifer Johnston (Sangyeal Lee), Eric Johnston and Andrea Schneider (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Asher Case, Delaney Moore, Dillon Johnston, Ethan Noel-Johnston, Benjamin Lee and Bella Lee; and his great-niece Violet Willhite.
Memorials may be made to Trillium Place to aid in the assistance of addiction, and mental health services to the community of Peoria.
