It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kenneth C. Borland (Peoria, Illinois), who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Borland and Mabel Borland (Cameron); his children, Patti Copple and Bruce Borland; and his brother Bob Borland.
He is survived by: his wife Esther H. Doubet; his children, Linda Captain (David) of Smith Center, KS, Connie Friedrich (Bob) of Hanna City, IL, Joyce Easley (Jerry) of Hanna City, IL, Mark Borland (Deb) of Orlando, FL and Becky Klaus (Doug) of Tomball, TX; his daughter-in-law Kate Borland of Jupiter, FL; and his sister Kay Borland Doubet. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; and 46 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Christian Center, Hanna City Presbyterian Church, or Wycliffe Bible Translators (c/o the Borlands and Captains).
