Skaggs (Nancy) of Kearney, MO; his children, Damon Skaggs (Gina) of Decatur, IL, Cassie Wallace of Plainview, TX, Jenny Avalos (Sergio) of Tremont, IL, Frank Pesha (Katie) of St. Peters, MO and Allison West (Shawn) of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Olivia, Myles, Gavin, Jocelynne, Skylar, Sadie and Griffin; his nephew Danny Skaggs; and his great-nephew Logan Skaggs. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
