He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack D. Atchley and Alice K. Arnett Atchley. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Wages (Heather), Fred Wages and Christy Morgan; his grandchildren, Jaylyn Morgan and Jessica Morgan; and his brothers, Terry Atchley and Joseph Atchley (Elaine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
