She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice James Salmon and Joanne Marie Friedman Salmon. She is survived by: her husband Isaac "Ike" Comte of Mayfield, Kentucky; her children, Jennifer Marie Reck Hrdlicka of Paducah, Kelly Ann Reck Leggs (Kent) of Paducah, Patrick William Reck (Nikki) of Paducah, Kentucky and Christopher Anthony Reck (Rachel) of Paducah, Kentucky; her siblings, Nancy Winne (Denny) of Peoria, Illinois, Susie Smith (Jeff) of Peoria, Illinois, Tim Salmon (Cindy) of Peoria, Illinois, Matt Salmon (Beth) of Peoria, Illinois and Mike Salmon (Becki) of Peoria, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Kaitlin Hrdlicka, Kylee Cole, Colin Hrdlicka, Aidan Hrdlicka, Ollie Reck, Kyan Leggs and Tatum Reck. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Philomena Catholic Church (1000 W Albany Ave, Peoria, IL 61604).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Philomena Parish.
