She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Smith and Doris Smith. She is survived by: her nieces, Kelly Phillips and Shannon Muldowney; her siblings, Suzanne, Sally and John; her pet Cameo; and her friends, Karen, Diane Brecher, Jan Frazier, Diane Grimes and Luann Martin.
