She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Willis and Mary E. Willis (Richmond); her son James J. Neal; and her brothers, Bill Willis and Dale Willis.

She is survived by: her husband James G. Neal; her daughters, Mary Lou Songer of Hanna City and Julie Ayres (Jack) of Trivoli; her daughter-in-law Paula Neal of Peoria; her grandchildren, Jennifer Chasteen (Jimmy), Samantha Conrad (Nick), Morgan Richards (Mike), Abigail Davis (Joey) and Shawn Songer (Julie) of Mapleton; and her great grandchildren, Boyd, Micah, River and Aubrey.

Memorials may be made to Fellowship Bible Church or Peoria Rescue Ministries.
