He was predeceased by: his parents, Gebrael Hitti and Badiaa Hitti (Haneh). He is survived by: his children, Pascale Tarpinian (Saro) of Lebanon, Pauline Salame (Jhony) of Peoria and Benoit Hitti (Andre) of Peoria; and his siblings, Elia Hitti (Nabila), Antoine Hitti (May), Jacqueline Hitti and Mary Deek (Elie). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Sharbel Church (2914 W Scenic Dr, Peoria, IL 61615). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (7519 N Allen Rd, Peoria, IL 61614).
