He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis C. Carlson and Frances Carlson (Doolan); and his brother Joe Carlson. He is survived by: his children, Mary Loux (Travis) of St. Louis, Missouri and Michael Carlson (Abby) of Normal; his grandchildren, Ruby, Lucy, Frances, Vincent and Annie; and his cousins, Vivian, Jim, Charlotte, Kelley, Peggy and Wayne.
