He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Blair and Amelia Blair (Mueller); his wife Linda Jones; his son Jerry Ray Jr.; and his siblings, Eugene, Shirley and Mary Lou.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Teverbaugh-Kunkle (Chad) of Peoria, Debra Hankey (Dan) of Watseka and Jerrod Blair (Chrissy) of Chatham; his siblings, Marvin Blair (Donna) of Watseka and Jeanette Fate of Clifton; his grandchildren, Skyler, Blair (Hayden), Dylan, Ian, Gavin, Collin, Syenna and Sydnee; and his great grandchildren, Jude and Landon.
