James Fredrick Grimm Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Fredrick Grimm (Peoria, Illinois), who passed away on April 11, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Grimm and Kathy Grimm. He is survived by: his children, Hannah Miller (Bradley) of Pittsboro, IN, Tyler Grimm (Elizabeth) of Jamestown, IN and Danielle Bertolero (Lewis Evans) of Raleigh, NC; his stepdaughters, Whitney Wood of Corydon, IN and Erin Schrock (Earl) of LaGrange, IN; his siblings, Kelly Ruther (Robert) of New Lenox, IL and Frank Grimm (Jennifer) of Carmel, IN; his grandchildren, Cole Miller, Sawyer Miller, Maeve Miller, Oliver Grimm, Harper Wood, Bella Wood, Finnegan Schrock, Sullivan Schrock, Phoebe Schrock, Charles Evans and Michael Evans; and his nieces, Abby Ruther, Addison Grimm and Delaney Grimm. He is also survived by his family so much, especially his children, grandchildren, and nieces.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the VFW Post #4999 (1729 N Santa Fe Ave, Chillicothe, IL 61523).
