She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy J. Swann and Beatrice Ginncchio Swann; her former husband Robert A. Bean; her husband Charles H. Kellogg; her sisters, Jeanne Chapman (William) and Marion Roby (William Scott); her children, Charles Kellogg, Jr. (Lois), Carol Cowan (Robert, Jr.), Janice Stuckwisch and Stephen Kellogg (Lynne); her grandchildren, Charles Kellogg, IV (Brianne), Lisa Kulze (Eric), Jason Stuckwisch (Sarah), Jeanne Kobler (Justin), Scott Kellogg (Jackie), Jeffrey Kellogg (Erin) and Andrew Kellogg (Allison); and her great grandchildren, Christian, Quinn, Cassie Kellogg, Theodore, Arthur Kulze, Madison, Brayden Kobler, Rylie Stuckwisch, Charles, Claire, Landon Kellogg, Lucas, Wesley Kellogg, Grace, Benjamin and Lucy Kellogg.
Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Peoria or a charity of the donor's choice.
