As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jacqueline may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Spencer and Juanita E. Spencer (Martin); and her sisters, Anita Graham and Barbara Robinson. She is survived by: her children, Francine Neal, Timothy Robinson and Mark Robinson. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Davison-Fulton-Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home (2408 W Willow Knolls Dr, Peoria, IL 61614).
