He is survived by: his wife Patricia Maddox; his children, Jamie Hendricks, Tammy Jirjis, Debbie Hendricks, Crystal Murphy (Chad), Brian Hendricks and Susan Gauwitz; his grandchildren, David Jennings, Daniel Jennings, Alex Murphy, Joshua Jirjis, Ashley Jirjis, Katilin Gauwitz, Hayden Hendricks and Austin Gauwitz; his great grandchildren, Adilynn Jennings, Jacqueline Jirjis and Carson Davis; and his pet Jordan. He is also survived by his family, friends, and neighbors.
