Geraldine Walters Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Geraldine Walters of Peoria, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 19, 2025 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Geraldine Walters to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Prather and Theo Prather (Castle); her husband Lloyd Walters; her son Stephen Walters; and her siblings, Richard Prather, Vivianne Beck, Helen Swartz, Betty Decker and Jim Prather.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Miller of East Peoria, James Walters (Evelyn) of Peoria and Jeff Walters (Erika) of East Peoria. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel (2021 N University St, Peoria, IL 61604). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to St Jude Midwest Affiliate or the Richard L. Owens Hospice Home.
