He is survived by: his wife Jan Cullinane (Shepler); and his children, Salley Beck (John), Paula Butler, Laura Cullinane (Mark Froelicher), Joseph Cullinane (Nichole), Kimberly Baptiste (Luke) and Kelly Jo Claudin (Chad Gregory).
