He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert F. Geier and Ruth L. Geier (Zahner); and his brother James Geier. He is survived by: his children, Steven Geier (Mary), Deanna Ward (Matt) and Timothy Geier; his grandchildren, Carrie Wright, Stephanie Sarchet, Jaycee Rodriguez, James Ward, Caty Ward, Gavin Geier, Ashley Geier and Sophie Geier; and his siblings, Michael Geier (Linda), Cheryl Fraser (late Douglas), Sandra Kinzey, Gerry Widenhammer (Dennis), Deborah Peckham (Jim), Jill Booth (late Afton), Janice Phillips (late Dean) and Barbara Runyon (Bill). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Anderson-Sedgwick Funeral Home (341 E Fort St, Farmington, IL 61531).
