He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Wayne and Jeanette A. Baldwin (Jones); and his stepmother Ethel. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Ryan Baldwin (Donna) of Nashville, TN and Miranda Baldwin (Noah) of Chicago, IL; his sister Michelle Cummings of Okeechobee, FL; his uncle Orvin Baldwin of California; his nephew Kevin Best of Colorado; and his niece Karla Best of Mattoon, IL. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM. Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church (13221 W Todd School Rd, Glasford, IL 61533).
