He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary Kessler of Peoria; his children, Fred Mayes (Katie) of Browning, Anna Smith (Jim) of Marseilles, Debbie Mayes (Terry) of Frederick and Tracey Mayes of Aurora; his stepchildren, Mike Hall (Rikki) of Peoria, Karen Edison of Peoria, Tammy Tassart (Jerry) of Pekin and Debbie Rivers (Ray) of Pekin; and his siblings, Melissa Sanchez (Juan) of Beardstown and Stacey Mayes of Beardstown. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
