With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick Dean Johnson of Peoria, Illinois, born in Brimfield, Illinois, who passed away on February 19, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dean Johnson and Florence Johnson (Arber); his spouse Billie Chase; his siblings, Arber, Elizabeth and Barbara; his children, Beth Fitch (Roger) of Peoria, Chase Johnson (Ailisha O'Sullivan) of Cluj and Romania; his grandchildren, Tyler Fitch (Rachel), Trevor Fitch (Tera), Nelson Fitch (Veronica), Darby Gerlicher (Andrew), Madeleine Johnson, Sophie Johnson, Eliot Johnson, Lucy Johnson and Katherine Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Anna and Betsy Fitch. He was also cherished by his mother, the faith of his children, the suffering of his family.
