He is survived by: his siblings, John Williams, Willie King, Kenneth Smith, Betty Smith, Gloria Smith and Johnnie Mae Smith; his grandson Antonio Hardy Jr.; and his children, Christina Travis (Charles), Constance Robinson (Marcus), LaCroya Russell-Cranford (Jerome), Tyra Risby (Earl), Cornelious Alexander (Rebecca), David Franklin, Darrell Franklin (Kenita) and Antonio Franklin. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
