He is survived by: his son Frank Thompson (Ashley) of Peoria; his grandson Hunter J. Thompson of Peoria; and his nieces and nephews, Sue Gillan of Peoria, Linda Gillan (Ron) of Bartonville, Bill Holford (Darcy) of Morton and Gary Holford (Janet).
