She was predeceased by: her parents, Marilyn Smith and Allan Smith; and her son Theodore "Ted" Tinkham. She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Tinkham of Peoria Heights and Matthew Tinkham of Peoria; her grandson Jakob Tinkham of Peoria Heights; and her siblings, Joyce Glawe (Joe) of Peoria, Allan Smith (Virginia) of Rock Port, Richard Smith (Chelsea) of Bozman and Montana. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and 3 great-nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Community Children's Theater, Celebrate Recovery or the Special Olympics.
