He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric W. "Pop" and Mary F. Johnson (Smith); and his daughters, Valerie Miller and Kimberly Johnson. He is survived by: his son Bryon C. Johnson (Debbie) of Highland, IL.; his grandchildren, Courtney Johnson, Moriah Johnson (Andres P.), Kayla Blain, Ariana Carter and Emma Johnson-Austin (Brent); and his great grandchildren, Kyan Dew, Gabi, Abram Parra, Elgin James, Samuel, Charles Blain, Amaiya, Jerel Smith, Marlee, Aziah Carter, Everleigh, Elouise and Elizabeth Austin.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home (2408 W Willow Knolls Dr, Peoria, IL 61614).
