She is survived by: her husband Lionel Sledge Sr.; her children, Donte Smith (Nicole) of Peoria, Alan Smith (Alicia) of Minneapolis, MN, Kelsie Deer (Monique) of Pensacola, FL, Lionel Sledge Jr. (Paulette), Ryan Alexander of Peoria, IL, Raymond Russell (Trina) of Orlando, FL, Vernonica Alexander of Peoria, Latoya Drain of Peoria, Tasha Drain of Memphis, TN and Ashley Perkins of Baton Rouge, LA; her goddaughter Maleka Miller of Peoria, IL; her siblings, Lepear Smith (Linda) of Massillon, OH, Vernon Smith of Youngstown, OH, Haywood Perry (Shirette), Willie March (Helen) of Peoria, IL, Vinnie Bey of Pittsburgh, PA, Hazel Williams (Elder Micheal) of Peoria, Henrietta Williams of Campbell, OH, Evelyn Pierce (James) of Youngstown, OH, Bernice Robinson (James) of Chillicothe, IL, Georgia Common-Stevenson, Josephine Davis and Ernestine Brock of Peoria, IL; and her sister-in-law Mary Lee Bonds of Dallas, TX..
