He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Allen and Della F. Turner Parker Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Edward A. Hartman, Ed Allen Parker and Felicia Ciaccio (Jeff); and his siblings, Carol A. Blanch (Terry), Patricia G. Gouge (David) and John Payton (Susan). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
