He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Hinton and Ellawease Hinton (Underwood); and his siblings, Vera Hinton, Mildred Grant, Jessie Hinton, Jr. and Joseph Hinton.
He is survived by: his daughter Tara Foltz (Jerry) of Silvis, IL; and also Emmet Hinton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
