She is survived by: her children, Carthel Hayes Jr., Gary Hayes of Peoria, Frederick Hayes (Toyia) of Chicago, Phyllis Hayes-Russell of Brooklyn Center, MN and Maria Gulley of Peoria; and her grandchildren, Crystal Ehiemere (Abazie), Jayetan Hayes, Shantel Hayes, Sharice Brown, Gari Patterson, Reginald Stone, Tia Hayes Burley (James), Alisha Wallace (Lish), Anthony Gulley Jr. (Tony), L'Trice Gulley, Paris Gulley, Frederick Hayes Jr., Imani Hayes and Tamia Hayes. She is also survived by great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
