She is survived by: her husband Lloyd F. Bastien; her daughters, Kathy Kostelny (Mark) of Downers Grove and Debi Parker (Stan) of Topeka, Kansas; and her grandchildren, Brock Kostelny (Carol), Ben Kostelny (Lauren), Jenna Parker, Mark Kostelny (Andrea), Hobie Parker (Paige), Katherine Bart (Bryan) and Michael Flannery. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and one on the way and three nieces.
