She is survived by: her sons, Michael Smith (Diane) of Peoria, IL and Jeffrey Smith (Nicola Bullen) of Peoria Heights, IL; her siblings, Robert Earl Temple of Peoria, IL, Charles Edwards of Adelanto, CA, Ethel Temple of Peoria, IL, Martha McCall of Peoria, IL, Linda Richards (Eric) of Peoria, IL and Mildred Smith (Lee Street) of Peoria, IL; her grandchildren, Marc Smith (Whitney), Mario Fields, Trey Wilson, Alexandra Smith and Alexcia Smith; her great grandchildren, Marc Smith, Jr., Amora Smith and Harmony Smith; her daughter-in-law Tina Scott of Peoria, IL; and her nephews, Johnal Smith, Jr. and Mark Temple. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
