She is survived by: her husband Dick of Jacksonville, IL; her daughter Pamela Conforti (Michael) of Maple Grove, MN; her sister Lynn Chappell (Maul) of Houston, TX; her stepmother MaryAnne Maul (Cully) of Virgina, IL; her stepsister LeeAnne Swain (Gary) of Jacksonville, IL; and her grandchildren, Lillian Conforti of St. Paul, MN, Leo Conforti of Maple Grove, MN and Glenn Conforti of Maple Grove, MN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members; and close friends.
