We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2023, at the age of 65, Debra L. Chowaniak of Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Hermacinski and Janice Hermacinski; and her sister-in-law Susan Hermacinski. She is survived by: her husband Herbert J. Chowaniak; her children, Andrea Kempke of Peoria Heights, IL, Susan Chowaniak of Morton, IL, John Chowaniak (Sandi) of Mequon, WI and Amy Palm (Ryan) of Groveland, IL; her grandchildren, Elise, Elijah Kempke, Ian, Chloê, Claire Chowaniak, Makayla and Cora Palm; and her siblings, Steve Hermacinski (Karen), David Hermacinski (Rita), Robert Hermacinski (Peggy), Jerry Hermacinski (Tonya) and Micki Kipfer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
