It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Hoelscher of Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lane and Virginia Lane (Webb). She is survived by: her husband Joseph Hoelscher; her children, Michelle Luther (Sean), Chad Hoelscher (Jodi) and Lindsey Hawksworth (Nate); her brother Ken Lane (Tammy); and her stepmother Shirley Lane. She is also survived by her grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
