With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David W Whitten of Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on February 6, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Whitten and Ann Whitten (Hayes); and his brother Tom Whitten. He is survived by: his children, Robyn Gay (Keith) of North Carolina, Kim Evans (Greg) of Peoria, Chris Carmichael (Ralph) of Peoria and Scott Whitten (Jeni) of Bartonville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and several cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Great Peoria Honor Flight.
