With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Craig Armin Welty of Peoria, Illinois, born in Pekin, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 27, 2024 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, John N. Welty, and Helen Welty, Jr. (Jackson). He is survived by: his daughters, Gina Anderson (BJ) of Normal and Ashley Roberts (Jason) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Caden Welty of Peoria, Madison Knuppel of Springfield, Coltin Anderson of East Peoria, Anna Anderson of Texas, Avery Roberts of Arkansas and Natalie Roberts of Arkansas; and his brother Curtis Welty (Cheri) of Colorado.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Home & Crematory (500 N 4th St, Pekin, IL 61554). A masonic service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 10:40 AM at the same location.
