She is survived by: her husband David Gaston, Sr.; her nephew Todd Tatum; her children, Sherrae Gaston of Peoria, IL, Angelia Gaston (Anthony Richmond) of Peoria, IL, Dina Gaston of Peoria, IL, Candace Neal (Vincent) of Denver, CO and David Gaston (Kimberly) of Miami, FL; her siblings, James Williams and Naomi Brown (Harold); her cousin Jeffrey Brown of Peoria, IL; her friend Yvette Gamble (Ron) of Peoria, IL; her close friend Lorine Williams; her nieces, Tiki Martin, Shonda Martin, Renita Wyatt (Titus) and Lamonica Williams; and her nephew LaTron Woods. She is also survived by greatgrandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Baptist Church (323 West Martin Luther King Junior Drive, Peoria, IL 61605). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
