He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Johnson and Barbara Carter. He is survived by: his wife Stella Brownlee Carter; and his children, Clarence Carter, Jr. of Chicago, IL., Charles Carter (Meka) of Chicago, IL., Temika Carter of Chicago, IL. and Carolyn Carter of Chicago, IL.. He is also survived by one brother & four sisters.
Interment will be private. Due to Covid-19, both mask and social distancing are mandated.
