She was predeceased by: her parents, George Eppy and Alma Eppy (Shaffer); her husband James M. Milby; and her son Mark Eppy. She is survived by: her granddaughter Angel Eppy of Peoria; her great grandchildren, Kei and Maddox Bazzell; and her sister Joann Cupples of Metamora.
