He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Stevens and Mary Urich; his wife Ruby Stevens; and his siblings, Nicki Stevens, Miller Stevens, George Stevens, Bob Stevens, Lola Stevens and Lucy Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, John Stevens (Millie) of Peoria, IL, Doreen Stevens of Phoenix, AZ and Diane Stevens of New Orleans, LA; and his sister Helen Stevens of Kenosha, WI. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
